Choose the product format that fits your business

Not every buyer needs the same fuse bead assortment. Experienced importers may already know the exact color codes and quantities they need. Other retailers want beads combined with empty storage and working tools, while some need a complete DIY kit prepared as a standard color set or around a customer-provided image.

JoyBeans Craft supports three practical sourcing formats. The right option depends on your existing product range, target buyer and how much project preparation you want completed before delivery.

Option 1: Purchase fuse beads only

This is the most direct sourcing option for buyers who already understand their market. You can order individual shades from our 221 standard colors, replenish frequently used colors or build a mixed-color order based on your existing assortment.

  • Choose 100 g, 250 g or 500 g packs per color.
  • Provide exact color codes or a general color direction.
  • Confirm the quantity required for each shade and the estimated total order volume.
  • Use the supplied packs within your own storage, retail or repacking system.
Filling scope: General bulk bead orders are not sorted or filled into separately purchased storage boxes. Color sorting is available only for confirmed DIY kit boxes.

Choosing beads only helps you keep purchasing simple, avoid unnecessary accessories and restock the exact shades that sell or get used most often. For color-system and refill planning, see 221 Fuse Bead Colors: How Buyers Can Plan Core Shades, Refills and Project Palettes.

Option 2: Combine beads with storage and tools

This option adds practical accessories to a bead order without turning it into a project-specific kit. It works well when you want customers to have the materials and tools for open-ended fuse bead creation.

  • Empty jars, compartment boxes or portable storage cases
  • Pegboards sized for 2.6 mm fuse beads
  • Tweezers, bead scoops, sorting trays and other bead-placement tools
  • Suitable fuse bead ironing paper

You can first choose the bead colors and pack quantities, then add the storage format and tools that fit your retail positioning. Storage boxes in this product format are supplied empty; JoyBeans Craft does not fill or sort colors into them. Irons and heat presses are not supplied.

Option 3: Create complete DIY kits

Complete DIY kits are designed for buyers who want a more finished product concept. You can choose one of nine standard color sets or develop a project-specific kit from a customer-provided image.

Choose one of nine standard color sets

The standard range includes 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144, 168, 192 and 221 colors. These are formal set options and can be combined with a suitable product box, pegboards, tweezers, other bead-placement tools and ironing paper according to the confirmed order.

Retailers and wholesalers can use the intended end-user scenario to decide which color range to stock. Compare all nine options in How to Choose the Right Fuse Bead Color Set for Different Uses.

Request an image-based custom DIY kit

For a project-specific kit, send us your image or design. We can review the artwork, match suitable colors from the standard range, estimate the quantity of each shade and sort the required colors into the confirmed DIY kit box.

  1. Send the image or design.

Include the preferred project size, estimated order quantity and intended retail market.

  2. Confirm the bead colors and quantities.

We match the design to suitable standard colors and calculate the project requirement.

  3. Select the box, boards and tools.

Product-box specifications, pegboards, tweezers, other bead-placement tools and ironing paper are confirmed with the sales team.

  4. Prepare the kit.

The required colors are sorted into the DIY kit box according to the approved project configuration.

Custom DIY kit delivery scope

Electronic pattern instructions can be provided, while printed physical instructions are not included. A product box and custom labels can be discussed. Pegboards, tweezers, other bead-placement tools, custom 3D-printed bead-placement tools and ironing paper are optional. Final retail packaging depends on order volume and local market requirements. JoyBeans Craft handles project color sorting but does not provide outer packaging design.
