2.6 mm Fuse Beads
PE mini fuse beads in 221 colors. Packed in 100 g, 250 g or 500 g per color. Order single colors or build a mixed assortment.
Storage boxes, bead scoops, tweezers and pegboards can be added to a bead order. Storage boxes are supplied empty and are not filled or sorted by color.
Choose one of nine standard 24- to 221-color sets or request an image-based custom kit. Colors can be sorted into the kit box, with optional boards, tools, ironing paper and custom labels.

Beads are molded on automated equipment with in-line checks, so diameter and wall thickness stay consistent across a batch.

Vibration screening
Every batch passes through vibration screening to strip burrs and separate malformed beads. Clean edges are what let beads sit flat on the pegboard and fuse evenly.

Accurate weighing
Bags are filled by automatic weighing equipment rather than by eye, so 100 g, 250 g and 500 g packs hold what the label says.

Manual color sorting
Single-color bagging and carton sorting are done by hand. With 221 colors in the range, this is the stage that keeps a mixed-color order accurate.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 10 kg total, made up of 100 bags at 100 g each. You can freely mix any colors across those bags.
Can I buy fuse beads in bulk?
Yes — bulk is the standard way we supply. Beads are sold by weight from a 10 kg order minimum, in 250 g and 500 g bags as standard, with 100 g bags available on request for trial orders. Colors are mixed freely across the order.
Can I choose from all 221 colors?
Yes, subject to current availability. Request the color chart and provide the color codes or color families you need.
Do you make custom bead colors?
No. We currently supply the existing 221-color range rather than developing custom colors.
Can you provide DIY kit combinations?
Yes. Beads can be combined with storage boxes, scoops, tweezers and pegboards. Irons and heat presses are not supplied.
How is shipping calculated?
Freight is quoted separately after destination country, order quantity, packed weight and carton dimensions are confirmed.
What test documents are available?
An SGS test report is currently available for review. Please tell us the destination market and required standard so the applicable report scope can be confirmed.
